| 1. Cut the film envelope 2. Take the film out of the envelope carefully. Uncover the film. 3. Apply the samples and antisera across the corresponding wells ( 10-15µl). 4. Put the film into a humid incubator in a horizontal position overnight. 5. Put on the film 10 drying blotter sheets and press it ( 2Kg) for 15 min. 6. Put the film in the washing Solution bath (1 % Tween 20 in 0.9% NaCl) for 10 min. 7. Repeat steps 7 and 8 ones again. 8. Dry the film in hot air ( less than 60 0C) . 9. Put the film in the staining solution for 30- 60 seconds. 10. Distain the film in three subsequential washing baths (5% Acetic Acid) |
